Adaptation is needed for "get_users" as it changed on TR side

Seems to be a bug in TR documentation https://support.testrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/7077978310292-Users#getusers

Current output is a dictionary and has the same format as all methods that support bulk request (get_cases, get_tests etc.) and split by 250 users in output
