Add filter for (un)resolved comments

Currently, it's not possible to filter translations having a comment or having an unresolved comments.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity.

This feature is quite important! How can collaboration happen efficiently if we can't find each others comments (and the activity feed is flooded with other actions). Need a way to see conversations that are unresolved.

Hey! I would like to know more about your use case. Are translation states insufficient for you?

JanCizmar avatar May 11 '23 07:05 JanCizmar

We had to use the "Translated" state instead of "Untranslated" because we have this language live while beeing reviewed. "Untranslated" is not included in a production build (curl https://tolgee.___.net/v2/projects/export -H "X-API-Key: tgpak_xxx" --output trans.zip).

As we work through reviewing the language, it's difficult to determine what needs the developers' attention when we've reviewed 45% and translated 55% across 1300+ keys (14,000 base words), with the translator working through the "translated" states.

Another scenario arises when something is reviewed, but we realize later that there's a point to discuss or suggestions for improvements.

Both of these use cases would be much easier if we had a way to filter by unresolved comments. Right now the velocity of the activity log is too high to see anything useful (but if I could filter comments there would help).

OK, I understand. We'll add the filter.

A filter/orderBy recent activity would also be great.

I think it would be a great suggestion (but a lot of work required to itroduce this, if wanted), to take collaboration to a new level, with a feature like threats, to communicate with the team even across multiple entities/tags.

It would be great to even put a notification system in for this, to inform users about recent activities.

Any plans to put this onto a timeline?

Further Ideas
Use Cases could be:
- Comments/Screenshots to entities, tags & threats
- Entities & tags to threats
- Collaboration Dashboard
- Notifications / Abonements to Activity
