Editing a project description should not require super admin JWT

This is not really a bug, because it makes sense that important operations on a project should be limited to admins, but updating the project description should be available via API with a normal API key and not require super admin JWT. This facilitates easier integrations and automations that update information about the project (like what version of the app the project is synced with).
