Remove organization dropdown, add project dropdown

User's usually don't want to switch organization, but they usually want to switch projects.

Make sense, so @StaNov is doing UI also?

It would be useful to still be able to click on project (when you just want to go to the dashbord) and have the switch separately (only the arrow clickable). Could be some general component.

We have design here:

  • on click the project name - will go to the dashboard
  • on click the arrow - will open a dropdown with projects image image
