Cannot execute binary file

I've downloaded the file audio_codecdetect.command but when I try to execute:

-bash: /Users/thiagoterleski/Desktop/audio_codecdetect.command: cannot execute binary file

Did you double click on Downloads/audio_codecdetect.command? Moving the file is not a good idea.
