Ozmosis Compatibility

As I understand it, RealtekALC isn't compatible with being loaded from the Ozmosis bootloader. You can still load it from the system, but not from Ozmosis. Is this correct, and if so, is there a workaround to get it working from Ozmosis?

Not correct, works with Osmosis.

Oh! Someone told me it didn't, sorry. Does that mean it works on the actual Osmosis firmware so that it remains after updates? If it can do that, then I'm completely covered - I'll be buying a motherboard with ALC1150, which is compatible with Osmosis, and I wanted to try to keep everything in Osmosis to allow updating.

Clover, yes. PikeAlpha, yes (untested patch required). Osmosis/realtekALC no. Same script must run after a Software Update.
