Have to run the script after using an external soundcard with audio software

I have been using Logic Pro X with an external soundcard and ALC1150 together without any problems. After a reboot or two, some times the patch disappears and I must run the script again in order to get it working again. This only happens if I run Logic Pro X. Any thoughts? This is very annoying.
