Why the pre-release v1.3.3 isn't bundle in *.qlgenerator format?

the previous release (v1.3.2) was bundle properly in *.qlgenerator format, why the files in v1.3.3 isn't bundle properly.

"Simply copy QLMarkdown.qlgenerator to"

Except there is no QLMarkdown.qlgenerator file
