Whitelisting is not working for me

And it doesn't work... I have used the emergency function 13 times now. Using WP 4.3, anything I can provide to get some help?

@vanhalt, I'm sorry for my late response and your trouble. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue and also can't find any possibility in my code. But I think I have overlooked something. So I need your help to solve this issue.

Could you check your validation logs on Logs tab? If Record validation logs at Record settings on Settings tab is Disable, please set it to Only when blocked.

And after you are blocked (sorry for 14th blocking), please enable emergency function again and goto the Logs tab to investigate the reason.

May be you can find yourself at Admin area and let me know that log. For example:
