docs(readme): update casing for consistency

I was just passing by, and as someone who kind of only uses capital letters out of obligation, I couldn't help but send this PR.

This also addresses some markdown lint warnings (MD022, MD031 and MD032).

Small side note: My initial intention was simply to send a light-hearted change, in keeping with the harmony of the original readme text. I wouldn't want this to become another burden or trouble for the collaborators and maintainers.

@hds Do you have any thoughts about this change? I think it makes sense to use one format. Personally, I favor capitalization. (@lpnh Just my preference, doesn't mean you need to change pr) I wonder if you have any suggestions?
