Support many plugins, PlantUML included

Thanks for modularizing the plugins (git modules).

To test, I created a .vsix with vsce package and these 3 plugins all seem to work now. I added a sample for PlantUML.

@tokiedokie I had badly defined the submodules in git (plugins) and so the build was not working. If you have time, I think I fixed it now.
