Broken link to hell

Hey!

The hell link currently 404s because the author cleared out the original repo. Maybe either removing the link or linking to an old commit would be a good fix?

Thank you for reporting this! (theological considerations of the issue title aside ;-))

I think I'll link back to https://github.com/chrisdone/hell/tree/54d032c1afe4cbae7e3d8a21746706b6263b9f9f and probably contact the author about it; maybe they can give better suggestions for resources.

I did have someone implement a shell in Haskell, at least stage 2 I think, so I should ask them if they have any Haskell resource suggestions.

I'll leave this issue open until I make those updates.
