TokenWhitelist V4: Eth should not exist in the list

ETH is represented with address 0. Since now we convert only to stablecoin and all the implied rates are in eth denomination, we don't really need it.

Check if further checks need to be made on the contract side for preventing from adding the 0x0 as a valid token representation.
