Balance command: Zero Quantity but positiv btc_value?

@dsiervo reported in #15 that some coins wasn't listed using the balance command even there are coins on poloniex. The reason for this is unclear and the bug is not reproducible yet.

On further investigation we applied a patch which completely disables the filtering of zero balance coins. No all coins where listed but it shows that some of the coins have zero quantity but a positiv btc_value.

The current task is to find out where the information on the quantity of the coins might get lost in the process.
