tc_iterate.c is borken for newer tcs

It hangs. run at the command line the equivalent batch line works, so I am thinking that somewhere along on the jsonification stage they stopped line buffering or are not doing a flush somewhere needed.

Not specifically a flent issue, obviously, just noting this as a reminder to self to go fix it.
