Overflow not dirty enough

There is an obsolute jump public call for Overflow which does not mark the overflow as dirty and therefore does not cause a refresh.

Note: I was considering expanding the enum to include Absolute but felt a little overkill for this simple fix but this would allow use of the internal scroll call
