Summer time handling broken

This is a bug in the Toggle Tracker web app. I am not using the extension. I don't see anywhere else to report bugs with the web app, including your support page which talks about what to report, but doesn't say where!

Anyway, when I input a time entry crossing 0100 on 30 March 2024, the time is undercounted by an hour. When I enter a time of 0100, it is changed to 0200!

Timezone is set to London.

I assume this is a bug in daylight saving time handling. The time change does not happen until tomorrow. Apart from changing on the correct day, toggle should not be changing entries at 0100 whatever the timezone.
