Allow for using Toggl Track to send time to a specific ServiceNow ticket, task, and project.

Additional context

ServiceNow’s native time tracking system only supports basic time tracking.

• Doesn’t support time tracking automation, which can be prone to inaccuracies.
• Doesn’t offer timeline reports based on tracked time data.

But Toggl Track does support these things and makes it easier for end users to track time.

ServiceNOW has no plans to improve end user experience for time tracking. Leaving Toggl Track as the best option.
