"Start Timer" state does not update when clicked

🐛 Describe the bug

"Start Timer" sometimes does not change to "Stop Timer" when clicked, although it still starts a timer. Appears to be random; sometimes happens on main Notion pages, other times on sub-pages (user referenced here that they discovered it on sub-pages)

Expected behaviour

"Start Timer" button should change to reflect running timer status

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Head to Notion webapp
2. Attempt to utilize Toggl browser extension integration by clicking on "Start Timer"
3. Ta-daaaaah
