Tracked tasks prefills to "Loading..."

🐛 Describe the bug

When I click the start tracking time button it prefills the name to "Loading...".

Expected behaviour

Should prefill with the issue name (and ideally issue number, but that's a separate concern)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to GitHub projects beta
2. Click an issue so the overlay appears, revealing the start tracking time button
3. Click the button
