GitHub projects popup is not interactable

🐛 Describe the bug

When starting a timer in Github projects, I cannot edit any fields or change the project dropdown.

Expected behaviour

Interactable

Steps to reproduce

Click integration button in github projects view.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to github project view
2. Click on issue name to open foldout
3. Click the toggle tracker start button
4. Try to modify any field on the popped up form
