Add ability to change weekday or start of the week

Describe the new feature

Currently, there isn't an ability to change weekdays. It would be great for the user to be able to set their specific weekdays.

How does this help you?

Some countries have their weekdays start from Sunday rather than Monday like Arab/Middle-eastern countries. Also, some companies/people have a 4-day work week, so being able to set a custom weekday would allow the extension to remind them on the days they actually prefer.

If we couldn't add this feature, is there a compromise you can think of?

Hmmm, there isn't really an option other than setting a reminder outside the extension 🤔
