Pomodoro Ticking sound is stucked (keeps going even when timer's off)

When I stop the timer, the ticking sound still remains.

Expected behaviour

For the ticking sound to stop when the timer is stopped.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start Pomodoro timer (via Browser plugin)
2. Stop Pomodoro timer
3. (Ticking sound continues)

Other details or context

I tried changing the settings then refresh the page, it still keeps making the ticking sound. I can fix this by restarting the browser. But this is not convenient at all times because I have way too many browser tabs open at the same time. Also, when I have multiple open browsers, the ticking sound is doubled, which means it's playing across different browsers. And they keep on going even when the timer is stopped.
