Button shows but doesn't open on Vivaldi snapshot

🐛 Describe the bug

The button appears on the toolbar as normal. Right-click works as normal. Left-click produces an empty box.

Expected behaviour

Left-click should produce task menu.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install extension on Vivaldi snapshot
2. Left-click.

Other details or context

Works on main Vivaldi release. Probably an issue with Chrome 89.0.4389.53, in which case it will not be unique to Vivaldi.
