Rally integration does nothing

Integration does nothing

Expected behaviour

A button to start a timer for the task should be present on task's page

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Enable built-in rally integration on settings page
2. Allow extension to access any page it asks on Firefox prompt
3. Navigate to any task page using new editor interface (https://rally1.rallydev.com/#/###########/detail/task/###########)

No button to start timer can be found

This problem still exists. Toggl is unusable with Rally as of today via the extension.
