Windows - App Does Not Keep New Project Creation

💻 Environment

Platform: Windows OS Version: N/A Toggl Version: 7.5.445

🐞 Actual behavior

User tried to create a project in their desktop app. They track time to it, but the project disappears after about a day. This happens with projects that already exist and those that don't.

Clear cache on desktop and webapp haven't made a difference. No IT controlled network and I cannot reproduce on my end. Also not working offline.

💯 Expected behavior

Project creation within the webapp should work without issue

🔨 Steps to reproduce

1. Open desktop app and start time entry
2. In the edit dialog, attempt to create a project
3. Track time, stop timer, and wait about a day
