"Out of range: Value too large" error on login

Platform: macOS OS Version: OS X 10.15 Toggl Version: 7.5.213

🐞 Actual behavior

A user is getting the following error when they try to log in:

At one point an error about their credentials being wrong shows up, but that might just be when they were recording the issue, you can find a GIF and a log file in intercom 🔗

I ran into the same error on Ubuntu 20.04.2, Toggl version 7.4.184. Found this suspect line in ~/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl\ Desktop/toggldesktop.log:

Removing the file ~/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl\ Desktop/toggldesktop.db fixed the issue temporarily, but wipes settings. I ran into this error when I opened the desktop application after changing time zones. (Though, I changed time zones Fall 2020 and didn't run into the problem then.)
