"Stop Timer Automatically" doesn't work when device shut down/laptop lid closed

💻 Environment

Platform: Windows OS Version: 10 Toggl Version: 7.5.193

🐞 Actual behavior

If a user selected "Stop Timer Automatically" this action will not be taken if the PC is shut down or the laptop lid closed (it will work if the device is put to sleep). When the device is turned back on the timer will then end and use the shut down tike as the end time.

💯 Expected behavior

When device is shut down/lid closed the timer would stop.

🔨 Steps to reproduce

  • Start a timer
  • Shut down laptop
  • Verify timer is still running on mobile/webapp
  • Turn laptop back on whilst watching mobile app - once internet connection is reestablished the timer will stop and will roll back to the correct end time.
