Setting option to stop the timer when the PC is locked

Add a setting option to stop the timer when the PC is locked, similar to the one that exists today that stops the timer when the PC goes to sleep/shutdown.

This allows more accurate time tracking for the users who want to use this option.

For me this feature would be a must (and for the browser version as well), without this I don't even use Toggl Tracker, I always forget to turn it off when I stand up from my PC...
