[WIP] Automatic build.snapcraft.io support

📒 Description

This PR adds support for automatic build.snapcraft.io builds. It also fixes a few of Snap pain points (it should especially alleviate the need for manual review when submitting a new build to the store).

  • Linux: Snapcraft packages are now built automatically.

🔎 Review hints

It's possible to install snapcraft on macOS and most Linux distributions. Then simply run snapcraft in the repository root directory and verify if the resulting .snap file runs on your Linux system.
