Pomodoro gets in the way of idle detection

When the pomodoro finishes while you are idle, the currently tracked item is stopped and marked as taking up a full pomodoro.

So if you only worked for 12 minutes before you were interrupted, and you get back after 30 minutes, the current entry will be 25 minutes and there's no way to know that it should be 12.

Instead, when idle, it might be better to perform the Pomodoro alarm but not to stop the currently tracked item. If you come back later, you can then decide if you were idle or not, and if you were not idle it will tell you to take a break, like it does when you manually change the tracked time to > 25m.

This does make it impossible to use both pomodoro and idle detection.
