Shell completion to suggest installed versions with `tenv <tool> use`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently when I try to switch the existing tool versions with tenv <tool> use I don't get a list of installed tool versions as completion suggestions.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have a completion for the installed versions.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just typing in the version manually.

Additional context My shell version: GNU bash, version 5.2.37(1)-release (x86_64-suse-linux)

Hey @kvendingoldo, it doesn't seem like there has been any progress on this in a bit. Any chance I can take a stab at it? I think I have a solution ready to go.
