Auto-shutdown

Minecloud is great. However, my kids forgot to shut it down when done. It would be fantastic if the server could auto-shutdown after XX minutes without anyone logged in.

I second this. It could be implemented as a Heroku scheduler task perhaps?

It will be hard to make this work correctly until the player list is correctly kept up-to-date. This doesn't seem to work 100% accurately for me even after running a custom AMI that merges in toffer/minecloud-ami#10
