[BUG] ​Cannot edit text block in frame

What happened?

Adding text inside the frame blocks text editing.

Easily recreate the bug:

1. Create New Doc
2. Add standard SMART template
3. Add some text to Note Blocks inside SMART's column S
4. Create a frame around SMART template
5. Try to edit the text in Note

If I move the text Note block outside the frame - the editor works normally.

Affine 0.14.9 Both web version (Chrome) and Ubutnu 22.04 local version

DOES NOT WORK:

• double-click to edit text (no cursor appears)
• so, cannot add or delete text

WORKS:

• moving text blocks itself
• moving paragraphs inside the text block by dragging
• changing the bold, italic etc.
