Inline code block update

We would like to have an update of inline code block, please refer the design

There're few point needs to be changed

  1. In the same paragraph, the font size of Inline Code Block is small 3px than the size of ordinary text (including Text and Heading 1-6), which will make the entire passage more harmonious

  2. Add Border to Inline Code Block image

  3. Please notice the details of inline code blocks when breaking lines. image

  4. Please change the font to IBM Plex Mono
