Support inline tags for blocks

Hi, this app looks really good. Really.

But it lacks an essential point : inline tags for filtering blocks. I mean; per-blocks tags, not per page tags as it exists for now.

This is one of the core features of workflowy or logseq. In logseq, you can filter your whole database (they call it a graph) using tags.

See this example on workflowy :

Use case

• add a tag by just typing an hashtag and a word, like #mytag
• clicking this tag would filter all block to display only those that contain that tag
• eventually, it would be even more awesome to be able to filter the whole database (all pages) by a tag.

Who might use it ? Everybody. A decent list has tags !
