I want only a language

What i do to have only one language in the system?

First set the 'fallback locale' - same as one that you want and then leave in 'locales' only the desired one (same as the fallback). That should do the trick. You can find those settings at en/admin/settings.

Good question. I think this is the middlewares somewhere. But i am not sure. I do not have much time in the last days but will try to find solution.
