Looks like this is a big enough leap in Mocha that it means non-backwards compatibility and thus solid testing errors.

I did local testing for mocha, the tests suite runs without any issue. I think we can merge this PR in worry free.

I just realize the breaking changes are actually dropping support for node v10: https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/issues/4652 That's why it's the CI tests are failing, but it's expected.

Node 10 reached EOL on 30 Apr 2021, so we can drop that support as well.
