Enable corp id and GitHub id corelation

Companies need to correlate their internal ids with employee GitHub ids. Making it easier to track, permission, remove on leaving the company etc. Single sign-on or corp directory integration would be very good

There is some level of support for this now depending on your identity provider. Need to look at all the scenarios and see if they are covered.
