Gists for organizations

Allow gists to be tied to an organization. Currently gists can only belong to an individual. Sometimes developers want to share a code snippet linked from an article as an example. Creating an entire open source project around it is overkill.

+1; would love this. Having it tied to a dev means the org can't own it long term (deprecating ones that no longer work etc).
