Better backup.conf suggestion : separate DB and FTP

Hi,

In fact, in your server, you can have multiple sites (or directories) without sql database, a web site with 2 or 3 databases. So, in this case, a better backup.conf can be with separate DB and FTP.

Please add this option, some sites not have databases.
