bower.json incorrect version (v0.0.7 vs v0.1.3)

Hi. Great library. Now that the API is finally stable and your backport has been battle tested, we are going to start using it at my Fortune 50 company.

Only thing is that your bower.json is reporting the wrong version. Perhaps you could add a note to your build process to keep this version aligned to the tag.
