Wishlist +1 for way to ignore fields

Hi there, just letting you know an ignore feature would be very handy. I am updating a doc whenever someone faves a post and would like to not create a revision for this update. It would be great to only create revisions when certain fields, like content fields, are modified.

Thanks for the great package though.
