cannot install as directory blink1/commandline does not exist

I am trying to install blink1 on a raspberry pi 4 using these simple wiki instructions https://github.com/todbot/blink1/wiki/Raspberry-Pi-and-blink(1)

However after cloning the software the directory blink1/commandline does not exist.

What is the next step as something is obviously missing?
