Blink1Control: Option for a "start color" on app startup or blink(1) plugged in

As per email with Adam on 2 Dec. Might be solution to: "How can I set these up so that they're always on when they're plugged in, sort of a default color? Unless I press the red button, they are green?".

This is not the "no computer" startup pattern that blink(1) plays.
