Blink Control - URL Json - Pattern is not triggered

The pattern green flashes is not triggered by the event.

Event Log shows: green flashes","comment":"Everything is OK via URL

Unless we had a regression, the URL parser only triggers a pattern event when URL's lastModified header changes. If you're writing JSON text files served by a standard HTTP server, the lastModified header should be updated automatically for you.
