Blink1Control: add option for startup/boot color pattern run

A customer asks: "I just got my Blink and simply want to use it as a power on indicator for a Mac Mini that I am turning around backwards in the cabinet to gain easier access to the power button and USB ports. I don't see a preset in the hardware section for this, so how would I accomplish this?"

One way is to create a static file with the color desired, and then set that file in "Tools".

Another way to do this would be via blink1-tool and a cronjob or launchctl script, but we should allow this directly in Blink1Control.
