Allow backup/restore of Blink1Control config (specifically triggers)

Currently there's no way to backup/restore Blink1Control config from within the app. You can copy the config files by hand, but that's inconvenient. (If you enable the API server and fetch the URL "http://localhost:8934/blink1/id" you'll see a parameter called "blink1control_config" that is the full path to the config file to copy) It's also prone to error in case config file parameters change.
