Blink1Control: add standard menus

Blink1Control could have standard menus (FIle/Edit/Help/etc)

But, doing it the standard way, as in here: http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/mainwindows-menus.html doesn't work because... marcin & qml? I dunno. Tried it, doesn't work.
