Request for degamma support in pattern related commands

Hey there,

I've noticed the blink1-tool has degamma enabled by default for fade and set light commands, but it's not available for pattern related commands. After poking around the code, it seems like there's no explicit degamma handling there.

If it's possible, could we get degamma added to the pattern commands (setpattern, getpattern etc.) too?
